Meet the Doctor

Dr. Chelsea Chin

Dr. Chelsea Chin has been practicing dentistry in Southern California since 1998.  She obtained her B.S. degree from University of California, Los Angeles, then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University School of Dentistry in 1998.  She is a graduate of Fountain Valley High School and is delighted to return to her hometown to practice since 2004.  Dr.Chin prides herself on delivering personal and quality patient care and is committed to provide whenever possible a minially invasive approach to treat variety of dental conditions in restorative dentistry.  Dr. Chin holds professional memberships in American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Orange County Dental Society.  Outside of work, she has her hands full with her two young daughters.

Dr. Howard Wu

Dr. Howard Wu has been practicing dentistry for 20 years.  Dr. Wu earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1997.  He received his postgraduate hospital residency in the greater New York area and B.S. degree in Biology at University of California, San Diego.  His passion for oral health care inspires him to keep abreast of the latest technology and medical advances in dentistry through continue education and advanced training.  His practice philosophy focuses on comprehensive care and he enjoys building lifelong relationship with patients of all ages.  Dr.Wu has volunteered his services with various non-profit organizations in the greater Los Angeles area and joined Talbert Dentistry since 2010.  In his free time, Dr. Wu enjoys spending time with his family.
